TECTEX an Italian Needleloom and Crosslapper producer signed a contract in 2018 with an Alginate felt producer located in the UK. Commissioning of the line is scheduled end of February 2019. The width of the line is 1500 mm, for the production of felts from 50 to 400 gsm. This is line number 6 for TECTEX delivered in the medical application and the third for to same customer. TECTEX is going to be one of the most important supplier of these types of challanging lines.
The main challenge for TECTEX has been to comply with GAMP regulation, the customer being active in the medical sector. For the supply of the card, TECTEX made a collaboration with BONINO for this project.
In another field like in carbon fibres and in all fields where "special" means more competitive results for his customers TECTEX is the leader.
